Christmas Concert - December 7, 2022
Christmas Concert Wednesday, December 7, 2022 - PLEASE NOTE - MOST OF THIS INFORMATION HAS CHANGED SINCE LAST WEEK due to logistics and information from the Church.
Our Christmas concert will be on Wednesday, December 7th and will be held at the Park Church in Sherwood Park. The seating capacity of the auditorium is 850 and we have almost 500 students. With one concert we would have to limit the number of tickets per family. For this reason we will be having two concerts. The schedule for the concerts are:

5:40 pm - Doors Open for Division One Concert (Division One includes Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3)
Parents will enter and leave through Door 2 - Entrance doors are marked. Please escort your Division One child to the Fellowship Hall Room #105, leave them with their teacher and then head to your seat. All Division One students will meet here.
6:00 pm - 6:45 pm - Division One Concert -
Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3.
6:45 pm - 7:15 pm - Transition Time For Parents
- If you are not staying for the Division Two concert, please pick up your child from the Fellowship Room and exit through Door 2.
- If your family is attending both concerts, please pick up your Division One child from the Fellowship Room and take them back to your seats and have a family member escort your Division 2 child to the appropriate room.
7:00 pm - Doors Open for Division Two Concert (Division Two Parents will enter through - Door 4 - Entrance doors are marked / (Please escort your Division Two child to the marked room - either 113, 114, 115. See attached map)
7:15 pm - 8:00 pm - Division Two Concert - Grades 4 - 6
Due to internet issues at Park Church live streaming of the concert will not be possible this year.
If your child is in the Monday & Friday Ukulele club, please ensure they bring their ukulele to the church for the Christmas concert. As well, please ensure that both the ukulele and bag are clearly labelled with their name.
