Hello, Heritage Hills Elementary families,
My name is Michelle Kropp, and I’m looking forward to another positive year as Heritage Hills Elementary's, school counsellor. With over 15 years of experience in education within Elk Island Public Schools (EIPS) and an additional 15 years in the fields of mental health, social work and community wellness I bring a genuine commitment to student success.
I believe that strong partnerships between educators, families, and the broader community are essential to helping students thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.
I look forward to connecting with students, parents/guardians, and staff, and I’m excited to work alongside each of you to continue building a vibrant and welcoming school culture.
You’ll find me at Heritage Hills Elementary on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
