Please join us in the Learning Commons for our School Council and FAHHE meetings on the dates listed below. School Council meetings are from 6-7pm and FAHHE meetings follow from 7-8pm.

100% Fundraiser Opportunity

Fundraising is critical for schools to assist in acquiring technology replacements, supplies and extras that fall outside of or beyond the annual budget. FAHHE has decided to offer a 100% Fundraiser to be accessed in lieu of the traditional fundraisers. The best part is that 100% of the proceeds go straight to FAHHE to support the immediate improvements requested by the School Council! If you would rather participate with cash than your time or energy,  check out the 100% Fundraiser Form attached.

This year we are focusing on the Teachers Discretionary Fund (decorations, supplies, treats etc. for classrooms), supplies for School Lunch Clubs (sewing, games, Lego etc) and replacement balls for Recess bins.

The Division encourages school councils (SC) to participate as active partners in the operation of their schools to build a supportive school community and to act in an advisory capacity to the Principal. EIPS School Councils must follow EIPS Administrative Procedure 110.

We receive 5% back on all purchases.

Let the cashier know you are part of Heritage Hills Elementary School. You will also collect your personal loyalty points and offers as per usual, all while supporting HHE.

Save on Foods- Wye Road

We receive 5% back on all purchases. (Exclusions: Lottery, Pharmacy, Tobacco, and gift cards).

Keep your receipts (original only) and bring them to the school office for collection.  We can only submit receipts for the current year.  All 2025 receipts must be dropped off at the school by December 18, 2025 and by June 23, 2026,  before the last day of school.  We would like to drop off receipts to Save-on-Foods bi-monthly to keep things smooth.
